Accepting these terms

By using the Lunegit website, downloading Lunegit, or submitting feedback, bug reports, crash context, or other information through Lunegit services, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, do not use the website, download the app, or submit information through the intake services.

What the web service provides

This website provides information about Lunegit, access to releases or downloads, and server-side intake paths for feedback, bug reports, and crash or error context. The private admin dashboard is owner-only.

These web terms cover the website, downloads, and intake APIs. They do not replace any separate desktop app license, installer terms, or first-run agreement that may be added to the Lunegit desktop app.

Acceptable use

Use Lunegit web services in a reasonable way and only for their intended purpose. In particular:

Do not attack, overload, scrape, probe, or abuse the website, downloads, intake APIs, or admin surfaces.
Do not submit spam, malware, secrets, credentials, private repository contents, or content you do not have permission to share.
Do not impersonate someone else or misrepresent where a report came from.
Do not try to bypass rate limits, install credentials, abuse controls, or access controls.

Downloads and updates

Lunegit downloads may be updated, replaced, removed, or made unavailable at any time. You are responsible for downloading the app from official Lunegit release channels and for deciding whether it is appropriate for your system and workflow.

Feedback and report submissions

Feedback and reports should include only information you are comfortable sending. Avoid secrets, credentials, private repository contents, sensitive paths, and unrelated personal data.

You keep ownership of the feedback, reports, notes, and attachments you submit.
You give Lunegit permission to use those submissions to debug issues, improve the product, prevent abuse, and operate support workflows.
If you include contact details, they may be used to follow up about your submission.

Privacy

Lunegit handles website, download, and report data as described in the Privacy Policy. That page explains what may be collected, what Lunegit tries not to collect, how information is used, and how long different records are expected to be kept.

Availability and changes

Lunegit web services may change, break, rate-limit requests, reject submissions, block abusive traffic, or go offline. Features, providers, release channels, and operational practices may change as the project evolves.

No warranties

Lunegit web services and downloads are provided as-is and as available, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent allowed by law. You are responsible for backing up your work and using Git tools carefully.
